Focaccia (Pizza) Recipe



  • One 10-inch diameter pre-cooked pizza dough but we recommend store bought Focaccia (keep it simple)
  • 1/4 Pound Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 Pound Sopressata or Capicollo
  • Thinly sliced beef steak tomatoes
  • Generous amount of Jay’s Muffuletta Salad
  • Fresh Basil (to liking)
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to taste

How to build the Pizza or Focaccia
Add all ingredients to Focaccia and bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or to your taste.
