Ingredients
- One 10-inch diameter pre-cooked pizza dough but we recommend store bought Focaccia (keep it simple)
- 1/4 Pound Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Pound Sopressata or Capicollo
- Thinly sliced beef steak tomatoes
- Generous amount of Jay’s Muffuletta Salad
- Fresh Basil (to liking)
- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to taste
How to build the Pizza or Focaccia
Add all ingredients to Focaccia and bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or to your taste.
